Based on requests we have received from Outfitters, Guides and Lodge Operators such as yourself, we are now introducing a new program to
help you generate new bookings.
This includes a Premier-Preferred Program that provides you with preferential treatment when we process incoming inquiries.
As you may know, we work with Bass Pro Shops customers who are interested in hunting & fishing.
To help us obtain bookings for you
- Bass Pro Shops has linked us directly to their website.
- Bass Pro Shops from time to time, will promote our services on their national TV programs.
- We have permission, at our discretion, to travel to all their store locations should we want to distribute information for
OWA, as an associate of Bass Pro Shops.
We are now offering three (3) different types of service:
- Associate Outfitter/Guide
This service is available free of charge. You are, however, required to pay a commission for any trips we book for you:
US and Canadian destinations, 15%
International destinations, 20%.
This program includes the following:
- Access to Bass Pro Shops Customer Base through a direct link to Bass Pro Shops website (See Hunting/Fishing Trips.)
- A 50-100 word listing on the OWA Website under Species and Location.
- Participation in BPS Buying Club allowing you to purchase equipment and merchandise at discount prices (Exmple: Bass Pro Products - 25% Discount)
- Participation in BPS Affiliate Program where you receive a 5% commission on merchandise you sell.
- Preferred Outfitter/Guide
This service is available for a one-time cost of $250
As with the Associate program, you will be required to pay a 15% commission for trips booked in the US and Canada, 20% for international
destinations. When you sign up as a Preferred Outfitter/Guide, you will receive all the services listed above under Associate, plus the
following:
- Use of the Preferred Outfitter/Guide Logo on your website.
- You will be included in our program that targets corporate clients.
- Representation at BPS Spring and Fall Fishing and Hunting Classic Shows, when we attend.
- When our OWA staff attends trade shows, you will be represented as a Preferred destination.

Premier Preferred Outfitter/Guide
This service is available for a one-time cost of $1500
With this service you will receive first consideration for all incoming trip inquiries from all Bass Pro Shops customers.
When you sign up as a Premier Preferred Outfitter/Guide or Lodge Operator you will
receive all the services outlined under Associate and Preferred, plus the following:
- You will receive special attention at our Call Center and will be promoted as a Premier Preferred destination.
- Use of the Premier Preferred Outfitter/Guide Logo on your website.
One last point: In order to participate in any of the three programs, you must agree to have someone from Bass Pro Shops or Outdoor
Wilderness Adventures Research & Evaluation team visit you for a one or two day stay. This is especially important
for those Outfitters, Guides and Lodges we recommend to our corporate clients.
