(If a member of Outdoor Wilderness Adventures’ staff coordinates the booking, and I am signed up as an Associate, Preferred, Premier Preferred Member, then the commission will be 15% for all U.S. States and Canada. If the booking involves an international destination, then the commission will be 20%.

ESPN “The New American Sportsman”

ESPN OUTDOORS has asked us to recommend Outfitters, Guides and Lodges

such as yourself, who might be interested in appearing in their new television

series ”The New American Sportsman.” The program is now being televised Monday

nights in prime time (8pm EST). Estimated viewing audience: 80 million viewers per

program.

If you are selected as a destination for participation, you will be required to provide

meals, lodging, guides, boats, etc., for the camera crew and the accompanying celebrity

and his/her companion.

Ground/Air Transportation to and from your destination would be ESPN’s

responsibility, as would all licenses, tags and gratuities. In addition, you would be required

to pay Outdoor Wilderness Adventures a 5% commission for any ESPN viewers who

contact you directly and book with you as a result of your appearance on the program.

If an ESPN viewer contacts Outdoor Wilderness Adventures (and we anticipate most

of the bookings will come through us) and we coordinate the booking for you, you would pay

us a 15% commission for trips booked, with the exception of International trips, such as

Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, Argentina, South Africa, New Zealand, etc. (excluding Canada),

in which case the commission is 20%. You will also receive bookings from us as a result of

our company’s name appearing on ESPN’s “The New American Sportsman” website.

Note: Your name and phone number will appear at the end of the program in

which your destination has been featured. You will be receiving direct calls

from viewers of the program, as well as bookings that will come to you

through our company. Some of these programs will air up to 20 times on ESPN.

The length of these trips by ESPN should be 4 nights/3 days of hunting and/or fishing,

unless the trip involves international travel. These stays may be slightly longer in length. The

size of the group will vary from between 5 and 6 people (the celebrity, his/her companion,

and a camera crew of four.) For big game hunting destinations, only the celebrity will hunt.

The trips to your destination will be scheduled during a time you recommend.

If you would like to be considered for participation, please complete the attached

Please describe where the camera crew and celebrity should fly into and what

arrangement will be made upon their arrival. (i.e., will someone pick them up or will

they rent a car.)

Please write a brief (very brief) description of the trip you are proposing that will be a selling

tool that will be presented to ESPN. This description should read like a travel listing

enhancing the expectations and experiences the celebrity taking the trip can expect to

encounter. You should also include specific dates you are recommending for the celebrity’s

consideration. Following is an example:

like and how arduous it will be physically for those taking the trip. And be sure to include

to ESPN you MUST provide specific species and specific weeks when you have

“Elk season is from October 15^th thru November 13^th, 2002.” It should read:
