If a member of Outdoor Wilderness Adventures staff coordinates the booking, and I am signed up as an Associate or Preferred Member, then the commission will be 15% for all U.S. States and Canada. If the booking involves an international destination, then the commission will be 20%.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outdoor Wilderness Adventures, Bass Pro Shops, and the Publisher and Printer of the Magazine/Directory, including their principals, employees and agents, from any and all claims, lawsuits, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) settlements, judgments and liability arising from the acts or omissions of in the fulfillment of any sale of services or goods through this Directory Program.
